By using YayClip you agree to these terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy.

The service

YayClip turns a photo you upload into a short video or an image, following a template. Results are made by AI models and are provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability, output quality or fitness for any particular purpose.

Accounts and guest purchases

Making a video or image needs an account, through Google or a code sent to your email. You can buy a credit pack without an account: the credits are kept for the browser you bought them in, and move to your account when you sign in, either from that browser or with the email address you paid with. Keep your account to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with it.

Credits, plans and packs

Each template shows its price in credits before you start. Credits are held when you start and spent when your result is ready. If we can't use your photo, or a result fails, the hold is released and nothing is charged.

Plans renew every month until you cancel and add a monthly allowance of credits. Monthly credits that are left at renewal do not carry over; a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Credit packs are one-time purchases and their credits do not expire. Monthly credits are used before pack credits. Credits are tied to one account, cannot be transferred and have no cash value.

Prices are in US dollars. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by our online reseller Waffo.com Limited (Waffo Pancake), the Merchant of Record for those orders, which may add local sales tax or VAT at checkout. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.

Your photos and results

Upload only photos of yourself, your own pets, or people who agreed to it, and don't upload photos of celebrities or other public figures, or any photo you don't have the right to use. You keep every right to your photos and to your results, and you may use your results for personal or commercial purposes within the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for what you upload and for how you use what you make.

AI models can invent detail that was never in your photo, so check a result before you rely on it. Results are labelled as AI-made where the law requires it.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using YayClip at any time. To delete your account, write to support@yayclip.com; deleting it forfeits any remaining credits and removes your creations.

If you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, commit fraud, or abuse refunds or chargebacks, we may warn you, delete the results concerned, suspend your account or close it. A closed account loses its remaining credits without a refund, its plan is cancelled, and its files are deleted, except anything the law requires us to keep and report. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of writing to us, the account may be suspended while the dispute is open.

If we close an account for any other reason, or stop offering YayClip, we refund the unused part of every credit pack, worked out as in the Refund Policy but with no 14-day limit, cancel any plan, and give at least 30 days' notice where we can.

No warranty, no liability

YayClip may fail, produce unexpected results or be unavailable. Keep your original photos. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from use of this site. None of this limits a right you have under the law where you live.

Changes

These terms may change. A material change is posted here at least 14 days before it takes effect, and using YayClip after that means you accept it.
