Pricing questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel with Manage subscription at the top of this page. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.

Can I buy credits without a plan?

Yes. Credit packs are one-time purchases anyone can buy, with or without a plan, and they never expire.

Do unused credits roll over to next month?

Monthly plan credits reset at each renewal. Credits from packs never expire and are used after your monthly credits.

What happens to my credits if a video fails?

If we can't make your result, the credits come back to your balance automatically. If we can't use a photo, nothing is charged.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Choose another plan on this page; the change is handled on the checkout page.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our card checkout.

How do refunds work?

Credits for a failed result are returned automatically. For billing questions, write to support and we'll look at your order.
